The gap in most preparation is not information — it is judgement. Aspirants know what to read; they rarely know what to leave out, how an answer reads to an examiner, or what a board actually probes. That judgement only exists in people who have sat in those rooms. We built this platform so aspirants can buy an hour of that judgement instead of another shelf of notes.
Our mission
To make credible, personal mentorship affordable and structured — stage-wise, exam-specific, and accountable. Every session, every copy and every piece of feedback is tracked, so both you and your mentor know where you stand.
Who mentors here
- Interview-appeared mentors. They have cleared Prelims and Mains and faced the board for the exam they mentor. They run your 1:1 calls, group sessions and copy evaluations.
- Guest mentors. Selected and serving officers who take strategy sessions and sit on mock interview panels.
How we work
You enroll in a package scoped to one exam and one stage. Entitlements — 1:1 calls, group sessions, answer copy evaluations, mock interviews — are credited to your account. You request slots, your mentor confirms, and the meeting link arrives in your dashboard. Copies you upload are returned with written feedback and marks within the package SLA.
